Luv Bawdhankar is an Executive Producer at 24/24 Studios, based in Mumbai, with over a decade of experience delivering high-impact content across advertising and branded entertainment. With formal training in Filmmaking and an MBA in Media and Entertainment, he brings a rare balance of creative vision and strategic leadership to every project.

He specializes in providing end-to-end creative and executive solutions for brand campaigns, with a strong focus on high-quality production, operational excellence, and budget efficiency. Luv has partnered with global and national brands including ICC, Audi, and Maruti Suzuki to produce compelling TVCs and IP-led properties that resonate across markets.

A filmmaker and director whose creative foundation is deeply rooted in production. Beginning his career through hands-on shoot experience, he formally entered the industry as a Junior Producer with ESPN India in 2014, where he developed a strong understanding of large-scale, high-pressure content environments. He transitioned into directing in 2017, bringing with him the rare advantage of having worked across production, post-production, and creative supervision. This background informs his directorial approach—story-first, format-aware, and execution-driven. His work spans comedy, sports, game shows, and non-fiction, with a focus on creating content that is both entertaining and structurally strong.​

I went from almost becoming a mechanical engineer to a BBM graduate to a photographer to finally a director. And that journey has also built the way I want to say stories. Worked with a brand that’s been a core memory of my childhood, BBC TopGear India building IPs, shows and of course making ad films. Please note - all genres are my favourite. I’ll leave you at that. 

Nikhil Kumar Prit, from Bihar, is a seasoned producer with a strong background in films and years of hands-on experience across production departments. Now firmly established in the advertising space, he brings a cinematic sensibility to brand storytelling with sharp execution.Quirky in energy, calm under pressure, and a natural problem solver, Nikhil is known for navigating complex productions with ease balancing creativity and control in a way that sets him apart on set.

Copywriter by trade, Screenwriter by craft, Poet by nature. I take the chaos of human emotion and structure it into stories that sell. I write the dialogue you wish you’d said and the taglines you can’t forget. Bridging the gap between commerce and art, one deadline at a time.

A passionate and experienced DA, and an AD since 2018, with a love for all things production. Ahana is the person who can juggle multiple tasks at once—whether it’s researching and referencing, creating production decks, or coordinating schedules—while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Think of her as the glue that holds the production together, ensuring directors have everything they need to bring their vision to life.​​

Aman Nirmal is a film school graduate from Pune, trained in filmmaking and experienced across production and direction departments. A multi-talented creative with a keen eye for precision and perfection, he brings focus, discipline, and clarity to every project.

Prashraya Khare is a sound recordist and engineer with a background in classical music and filmmaking. His experience spans independent short films, feature films, advertisements, web shows, documentaries, and digital content, where he brings technical precision and a deep musical sensibility to sound storytelling.
